The annual award Rose for Building 2010 was granted by the City of Helsinki Building Control Commission to the extension project of the Stockmann department store located in the centre of Helsinki. The designer team from Finnmap Consulting Oy, along with the person in charge, Regional Operations Manager Veikko Heino, has been responsible for the structural design of the project. Foundation for Student Housing in the Helsinki Region (HOAS) was also rewarded by the Rose for Building. The awards were distributed on Tuesday 1.2.2011 during the Rose for Building ceremony.
