Tekes organized the Green ICT competition in October 2010 to encourage companies and research organisations to develop versatile and environmental friendly solutions for using ICT. The competitive proposal made by Finnmap Consulting Oy – the FMC ECO2mplete Green BIM maintenance model – offers complete information about lifetime management and guidance for the building. Finnmap Consulting Oy received an honourable mention from the competition’s judges for its proposal, which was based on the information modeling.
