Finnmap Consulting Oy, the mother company of FMC Group, expand their domestic activities, especially in rebuilding of residential houses. Finnmap Consulting Oy has agreed with Engineering company Reijo Patronen Oy to buy their entire stock.

Engineering company Reijo Patronen Oy is a traditional HEPAC design company which has operated since the eighties in the Helsinki area and is an important actor in the business. The customers are estate company –owned residential buildings and their developers, construction companies, and estate management companies. Most of the invoicing is related to design of residential house pipe rebuilding, but the company also designs new building objects.

The present managing director, Reijo Patronen, will ensure the operation and the continuation of customer relationships after the acquisition has been completed. The same key persons who were previously responsible for the operational project activities will continue to carry responsibility.

The deal will strengthen the rebuilding design business of residential houses within the FMC Group, and will ensure that the traditional and high-class services of Engineering company Reijo Patronen Oy continue. In addition to conventional HEPAC design, the company will operate closely with the rebuilding sector of Finnmap Consulting Oy and other units within the FMC Group, especially in overall service projects related to pipe rebuilding of residential houses. In such projects FMC Group will project-specifically assemble the required services, starting from developer services to architectural and HEPAC design, as well as implementation supervision. Engineering company Reijo Patronen Oy will join the technical building service business of the FMC Group, which will benefit from the additional resources and the increased experience and development potential. Engineering company Reijo Patronen Oy will therefore in the future benefit from all development efforts in the technical building service business within the group.
