AIRIX Talotekniikka Oy and Engineering company Niemi & Co Oy move to joint offices in Tapiola, Espoo, at the end of this year. This creates an important technical building service centre in the Helsinki area, when 70 experts join forces.

The joint office facilities help the companies to create a stronger and more versatile expert unit for technical building services. Technically, economically and functionally the unit is an important player among the technical building service expert companies in the Helsinki area, and also its resources are significant.

Both companies have special competence within their own areas, for underground facility as well as for other special construction design. Also analysis services, energy economy, life cycle design and TDD services, which are related to the expert services, are part of the company’s versatile service package.

AIRIX Talotekniikka and Niemi & Co are part of the FMC Group, which is an engineering group specializing heavily in structural and technical building service design, as well as environmental and infrastructure design. More than 1000 experts work for the group.
