By signing an agreement on 1.4.2008, Finnmap Consulting Oy has acquired the IS-Plan Oy shares owned by key persons within Rakennesuunnittelutoimisto (Structural engineering company) IS-Plan.

The acquisition makes FMC Group sole owner of the company.

IS-Plan Oy strengthens the steel structure competence of the Group

IS-Plan Oy is a consultancy located in Vantaa. Its business areas include structural design, project management, and building site supervision. The company focuses on structural steel engineering and industrial building. The designed objects are mainly located abroad.

IS-Plan Oy employs 19 structural designers, and Juha-Matti Savolainen continues as managing director.
