The company was founded on 25.2.2003 in Riga in Latvia and it has previously operated under the name Sia Finnmap Latvija. Since the beginning of February 2012 FMC Group has been a part of Sweco, and the company is now operating under the name SIA Sweco Structures Latvija.

The engineering and design license includes structural foundation engineering and design of building construction projects.

Customers include the precast unit factory SIA Consolis Latvija, Kesko Food, K-Rauta, CMC Baltic and Rannila Latvia.
