CONDITION TESTS AND SURVEYS

When planning condition tests and surveys, we use our long experience in testing activities, rebuilding and HPAC rebuilding design. We have a comprehensive selection of test and survey procedures for a variety of cases.

We carry out condition tests and surveys of different structures using the research laboratory services of Contesta Oy.
 
Condition testing of concrete structures

We use our professional condition testing procedures to evaluate the condition of front sides and balconies of buildings, parking buildings, bridges, public swimming pools, water towers, waste water treatment plant structures, as well as power plant and industrial structures.

Our condition test service includes:

Condition tests and surveys

A condition test provides a maintenance evaluation of a property and the need for repair. A condition test includes the evaluation of the condition of different structures, without destroying material.
