Condition testing of concrete structures

We use our professional condition testing procedures to evaluate the condition of front sides and balconies of buildings, parking buildings, bridges, public swimming pools, water towers, waste water treatment plant structures, as well as power plant and industrial structures.

The objective is to evaluate, in cooperation with the customer, the present state of an object and the extent, type, cause and consequence of the eventual damages and their impact on the technical functionality of the structures. 

The condition test produces a detailed damage evaluation, as well as field and laboratory tests

The test is carried out at the object site using visual inspection and technical testing equipment. If necessary, test samples are taken from the structure, and these are subjected to appropriate laboratory tests and procedures.

Data from a condition test and conclusions based on the data are compiled to a condition research report for the customer.
