The work scope is agreed with the customer separately for each case, but typically it comprises preparation of building permit documentation, project drawings and other project documents (project program and project appendices), project work offer management, as well as preparation of plans and documents required for the construction work (for example main drawings, construction drawings, required detail drawings, work descriptions, and safety document).

By ordering the overall planning from us, the customer will get all design services by signing one single agreement. The customer does not have to arrange and coordinate the different planning sectors, but is allowed to concentrate on his own business.

This, according to our experience, gives the best possible functional, technical and economical result which all parties will appreciate.
