Life cycle calculations included in new construction and rebuilding projects provide the correct models for technology alternatives which are economically most favourable and causing least environmental load, from a life cycle perspective. Life cycle design produces basis data for the design stage, and the service also evaluates the implemented design solutions.

Our services for new construction objects include life cycle cost (LCC) and life cycle assessment (LCA) competence.

Services which support property operation activities include:

• Energy surveys (Motiva model)
• AIRIX Analysis, which focuses on energy efficiency and appropriate operation, technical building service functionality, conditions, and user comfort.
• Remote property service supports the maintenance organization of a property and ensures appropriate and energy-efficient use of the property. The service is produced by utilizing a fixed technical building service system via a remote access connection.
• The AIRIX Alfa maintenance documentation and service controls and monitors the regular service and maintenance of a property.

Our services are complemented by various condition surveys, which mostly are the basis for rebuilding design. Our group have several Motiva-trained surveyors for producing energy services.
